Each class focuses on working on bustling strength, increasing flexibility and mobility within the physical body as well as creating space and releasing tension in the mind. Gradually building heat though a vinyasa style flow, modifications always offered and no props required.
get up & flow - morning/slower flow.
Awakening through gentle and mindful movement each class works on opening up the body building up to a warm flow to aid in creating space and releasing tension. Classes are suitable for any and all levels with modifications offered.

It’s all in the name! These classes will get your heart rate up! Through various exercises we work the core and glutes, this fun-filled class will get that good burn going!
