I filmed this as a morning flow but it can honestly be taken anytime of day! This flow focuses on opening in the chest, expansion through fluid movement connected with breath. As always the offering to press further into your practice through creative movement, no props required!

This heart opening and awakening sunrise flow is sure to bring a sense of spaciousness both into your practice and your day. Longer holds working on maintaining and expanding the breath whilst bringing focus into the spaces between each pose allows for a strong and strength building practice.
