From slower paced, juicy, morning flows to open up, stretch and create space within the body, to stronger all level flows that that will get the body warmed up! There is a class option for everyone no matter where you are on your Yoga journey. There is always the invitation to take your practice to more intermediate/advanced poses through various modifications in each class.

core & booty

It’s all in the name! These classes will get your heart rate up! Through various exercises we work the core and glutes, this fun-filled class will get that good burn going!
